Come join us for a student-facing conversation with professionals who oversee ethics and compliance in one of UConn’s top licensed apparel manufacturers, Colosseum Athletics. UConn alumna Taylor Muncy (CLAS 2019; Business/MBA 2022) and her colleague Kelsey Keene, a nationally respected leader in ethical sourcing, will discuss their experience overseeing supply chain integrity globally.

Our Speakers
Taylor Muncy is an ESG Specialist at Colosseum Athletics, where she manages factory disclosures, tracks factory on-boarding and training, and leads wage data collection, among various other ESG & CSR projects. She attended UConn for both graduate and undergraduate degrees, receiving an MBA in 2022 and a dual-bachelor’s degree in Human Rights & History in 2019. Taylor wrote her undergraduate Honors Thesis in Human Rights, titled “When Trends and Sustainability Clash: The Environmental Impacts of the Fast Fashion Industry”.
Kelsey Keene is the VP of Licensing and ESG at Colosseum, where she has worked since 2014. In addition to overseeing the licensing department, Kelsey has built a robust ESG program for Colosseum, earning Fair Labor Association (FLA) accreditation in 2017. She serves on the FLA University Best Practices committee and participates in various industry working groups and initiatives. Kelsey began her career in this industry 20 years ago, guiding another college licensee to FLA accreditation. She has a B.A. in mathematics and economics and an M.A. in economics, both from the University of Montana.
